Admission Requirements

Educational prerequisites

Certificate level

  1. Eligibility: 10th Pass or its equivalent.
  2. Duration: 1 year

Diploma level

  1. Eligibility: 10th Pass or its equivalent.
  2. Duration: 2 years

Degree level:

  1. Eligibility: 10+2 Pass or its equivalent.
  2. Duration: 3 years

Masters level

  1. Eligibility: Undergraduate degree from a recognized university or institution.

Duration: 3/2 years

General Instructions

  1. Kindly review the instructions prior to filling the application.
  2. Refer to the educational prerequisites and requirements for admission before applying to any of the JJCT programs.
  3. Provide readable, clear information in the application.
  4. Every school year, 31st July  is the deadline for accepting completed applications.
  5. Applications submitted after the deadline of 20th August of the academic year will be accepted.
  6. As soon as the candidate submits their application to the JJCT office, our office will first check it and then send out an invitation letter for the entrance exam and two face-to-face interviews, one online interview and one in-person interview on campus.
  7. The candidate will receive an admission letter from the admission office allowing them to register and start classes after completing the enrollment assessment and online interview.
  8.  Applications that are incomplete or lack supporting documentation will not be taken into consideration.
  9.  During registration, candidates should bring their genuine marksheets and certificates for verification.

Supportive Documents

The following documents are necessary to verify your application:

  1. Self- attested copies of your educational certificates and mark sheets.
  2. Self- attested copy of your official Identity document issued by the government. 
  3. Reference/Recommendation letters.
  4. Financial sponsorship commitment form.
  5. Medical form certified by a registered medical doctor.
  6. Personal testimony written on a sheet of paper.
  7. Two copies of your recent passport size photo.

Before applying online, please keep your own scanned passport size photo below 100kb in size in your device to upload. Also, scanned copies of your academic certificates, marksheets and other required documents. After reciving the online application, our office will get back to you within 2-5 office working days.
